End of Season Japanese All Stars

At the end of the year the NPB announce a Japanese Nine, which are composed of the top players from each postion in the two leagues. Below is the Japanese Nine:

Central League

Pitcher - Tomoyuki Sugano (Yomiuri Giants)
Catcher - Shinnosuke Abe (Yomuiri Giants)
First Base - Mauro Gomez (Hanshin Tigers)
Second Base - Tetsuto Yamada (Yakult Swallows)
Third Base - Hector Luna (Chunichi Dragons)
Shortstop - Takashi Toritani (Hanshin Tigers)
Outfield - Matt Murton (Hanshin Tigers)
Outfield - Yoshihiro Maru (Hiroshima Carp)
Outfield - Yuhei Taku (Yakult Swallows)

Pacific League

Pitcher - Chihiro Kaneko (Orix Buffaloes)
Catcher - Hakaru Ito (Orix Buffaloes)
First Base - Ernesto Meija (Seibu Lions)
Second Base - Kazuya Fujita (Rakuten Golden Eagles)
Third Base - Ginji Akaminai (Rakuten Golden Eagles)
Shortstop - Kenta Imamiya (Softbank Hawks)
Outfield - Yoshio Itoi (Orix Buffaloes)
Outfield - Yuki Yanagita (Softbank Hawks)
Outfield - Sho Nakata (Nippon Ham Fighters)
Designated Hitter - Takeya Nakamura (Seibu Lions)
